Erin Hulbert
Originally from Seattle, Erin has been working in espresso for 14+ years. She worked at the much esteemed Espresso Vivace for several years before making the move to NYC and Joe. Erin trains fellow and up-and-coming baristas at Waverly and the Columbus Joe. When not pulling shots at Joe, Erin also coffee consults for restaurants. Besides the world of coffee, Erin is also a writer and a practitioner and teacher of Pilates. She lives in the West Village.
